選材用料(Material selection)：

1、整體機(jī)架采用QT450鑄造件，不易變形，韌性好

1. The overall frame adopts QT450 castings, which are not easy to deform and have good toughness;

2、潤滑部分要注入通用鋰基脂滴點(diǎn)是193℃，工作錐入度是240的3＃通用鋰基脂潤滑油，它比2#更耐高溫，用于載荷較重或立式電機(jī)軸承的潤滑�？鼓ヒ簤河蜑�68＃，新機(jī)三個(gè)月更換一次，以后每八個(gè)月更換一次

2.The lubricating part should be filled with general lithium grease with a dropping point of 193°C and a working penetration of 240. It is more resistant to high temperature than 2# and is used for the lubrication of heavier loads or vertical motor bearings. . The anti-wear hydraulic oil is 68#, which is replaced every three months for the new machine, and every eight months thereafter;
